Single fin fever

Sick single fin. Old school characteristics with modern aspects. Half inch balsa wood stringer, sweet pinup fabric inlay, and suave lams make this board the apple of my eye today. You can find this and fondel it yourself at surfy surfy surf shop in leucadia if you choose.

Sometimes mini sims are so dreamy

Found these snazzy looking boards.  Everything that Zamora shapes i fall in love with I really need to ride one of his boards I feel like I might make him my permanent shaper just because of how innovative he is

Mandala Tri Plane Hull

Once I get enough free cash this will be the next board I order. Mani shaped me a board that is perfect for me so why not ask him to do it again and make me another perfect board.  :) If you have never riden a mandala I highly sugjest it they are some of the most fun boards that there are out there right now.  The fin by Jack Jenson and the resign tint on these made my mouth drop when i looked upon these pictures

I shaped a board like this a few years ago and i love it still even tho its one of the most "loved" boards i own

I love round pins i think I shall start a pintail cult because of how epic they are
I think Kelly Slater would join the cult look at his quiver for the san fran contest not one squash tail :) he is a smart man haha

finally I have surfed and fell in love with it

Today I surfed for six hours with some friends and i really dialed this board in.  I finally got the hang of it.  My friend Jim told me every time I took off backside all he saw was my fins and a lot of spray and that made me smile.  This board is really touchy and really fast it has something called instantaneous velocity and I love it.  It is a fight to get barreled because it wants to go fast all the time but once I got inside the barrel it handled well .  I can totally feel the twang of the bamboo fins after a turn it kicks the water and makes me go faster out of the turns than I went into the turn with.  I love it backside I have no complaints what so ever and it handles six foot waves (8 foot faces) I have never felt wobbly or unstable on it.  At first the front side was a little funky but the tail started to flex more and more and that funkiness wen away.  It loves to float sections, race sections, and smash into sections.  The one thing it doesn't really like to do is go backwards.  I have done a few ally oops and when I land it seems like it doesn't know what to do the same thing happens when I try to do 360s but most quads are like that not just this one.  I am fully in love with my new mandala arc swallow tail quad
