Quadzilla

more Shawn Ambrose goodness

Two more boards I am adding to my list of board that I want to own.  one because i want to collect Shawn's boards, and two because these boards look fast, fluid, and deadly fun.  Top is a flex stringer ice blue sputnik from deep in the archives of surfysurfy.net.  The lower board is a stringerless twinzer single wing fish with a bitchen airbrush.  Both boards were glassed at moonlight

shawn ambross sputnik

I said earlier that i want to start collecting his boards and I have two now.  A thruster that I'm turning into a quad and a sputnik.  But now I'm saving my money for one more sputnik with glass on Sputnik fins! and maybe some dagger airbrushing like on this one.  His boards are fun..

shawn ambross thruster

Good for some ol' fashion lip smacking, it turns great and hard, and it cracks the lip. My new 6'1 epoxy tri fin(I haven't riden a conventional tri fin in a long time, I didn't really like them when I stoped ridding them but this is a nice board so I'm giving it a chance and it was given to me too) I think I'm going to start collecting ambrosses.  I shall spend a day cleaning it up and I talked to shawn about it and he wants to mark where he would put quad fins so I can have a new quad

Andrew' Choice

This is Andrew's chosen board for this week. It is a 6'0 performance quad shaped by Shawn Ambrose.  This board is at Surfy Surfy it looks like a great board and look how good the bamboo fins look in it..... AMAZING. It was glassed at Moonlight like all of the other boards in Surfy Surfy, and they use the highest quality materials so your board lasts you longer! Also this board has a really sweet resin tint on it :D yay for resin tints!
